You may enter any competition for free by complying with the following conditions:

Send your entry by first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address:

Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw.

Include the following information in your entry (all details must match your Website account):

• The name or details of the competition you wish to enter
• Your full name
• Your postal address
• A contact telephone number and email address
• Your answer to the Competition Question (if there is one)

Important restrictions:

• Only one (1) free postal entry is permitted per person per competition
• Any additional postal entries received from the same person, household, address, or account will be void
• Multiple free entries are strictly prohibited
• Each individual is allowed one account only; free entries must match that account's details
• Bulk entries will not be accepted. If more than one entry is received in a single envelope, all entries in that envelope will be treated as one (1) entry, and any additional entries will be void

Entry timing requirements:

• Your free entry must be received by the Promoter before the Closing Date
• Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the draw
• Proof of posting does not guarantee entry

Entry cap:

If a competition sells out or the entry cap is reached before your free entry arrives, your entry will not be included in the random draw.

Account requirement:

• You must have an active Radiance Rewards account before submitting a free entry
• Postal entry information must exactly match the information on your account
• If your details do not match, the free entry will be void

General:

• Incomplete, illegible, or incorrectly submitted entries will be disqualified
• By submitting a postal entry, you confirm you are eligible and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
• The Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of any free postal entry
• Your entry is subject to our Terms & Conditions
